Search Again: IN CNAME? From: Eric Prentice Date: Friday, June 2, 2000 Time: 6:33:36 pm We have an external provider hosting our online store. The instructed us to add a record to our DNS so we can choose our own domain for the site. They want me to add store.drbott.com. IN CNAME drbott.site.yahoo.net When I try adding this as a CNAME it is forcing the address to drbott.site.yahoo.net.drbott.com. I must be missing something, how can I do a CNAME for an external domain? Eric -- Dr. Bott LLC
