The script in question apparently uses the 'dig' utility (judging from the
name of the script 8^] ) on a Unix box to query whatever domain you're
looking at. The 'type=AXFR' part of the URL indicates that it is simply
getting a zone transfer from an appropriate name server in order to see all
the records associated with the domain.

In the QuickDNS Admin program, go to the Domain menu and select 'Server
Preferences'. Check the 'Restrict zone transfers to:' option so that it is
_on_. 'Add' the IP address(es) of whatever servers do secondary name server
for you into the list below the checkbox. Now only those machines can see your
entire zone(s) by doing zone transfers (your secondaries have to be able to do
zone transfers in order to act as secondaries).
