No, it is more than that. In EIMS 2.2 the only way to pass the ORBS =
test is
to not allow relaying except for IP's you specify. For many ISP's and =
IPP'S
this is not an option. Many companies must allow users that dialup from
other ISP's to send mail. If you have EIMS setup to allow this, you can =
be
used as a relay.

In version 3, this has been addressed by a real implementation of SMTP =
Auth.
Also there is a problem with the Postmaster account being used to send =
mail.
In version 3, you now have to have the box selected "Login Enabled" or =
the
account will not allow relaying. This prevents the postmaster and other
common accounts from being used as relay accounts.

There have been a large number of folks on the ORBS list with 2.2.

Please let's move this off of this list and where it belongs. (The EIMS
list.)
