This sounds like a configuration issue for VIG, not QuickDNS. If
nobody else here has an answer for you, I suggest you ask Vicomsoft
or an appropriate mailing list for their software.

I frankly don't know the answer to your question, as I haven't looked
at their product in quite a long time.
