I have just checked again and I was wrong. It is not the just the fact that
the excess usage is not on the invoice, but no invoice is being generated.

Doh - did not realise I needed to do it via Generate Invoice. Next problem
how to pick the invoice to regenerate - all customers appear. I know we can
do a mulitple omit, but is a bit fiddly. How do you tell the record number
you have selected?
Would be great if we could do the opposite - 'omited all but selected
record'
