Time: 8:52:11 amLooking for a couple of suggestions on some procedures we'd like to implement:
We begin the 2nd month's billing based on the date the user actually began using the service, which
may differ from the signup date. The expiration date would be adjusted to account for this. We'd
like to possibly modify the "Est. Date" field to reflect this, but with so many customers we need
some way to know the date needs to be changed. Is there a better place to put this information? I
thought about placing the startup date in one of the user-defined fields, but how do I do a search for
any customers who have this field empty?
I had another one, but I can't remember it right now. :)
