Quickbooks Export

Is there a way to have the Quickbooks export function ( which I do like )
export the accounting data in a Last Name, First Name for mat versus the
Login name. While it is not a great big deal, it is a "hassle factor" to
now have to spend hours renaming the existing accounts to that same name as
the new imported accounts so we can "merge" the data into one account.
Also I assume that the only way to get the address info etc. from the OG
accounts imported into QB is to edit the raw accounting export to the fields
you need. Is that correct?
Also it was noticed that the import after a payment does not close an
Invoice previously imported (or at all really, weather from a previous
import, or within the same import), is this by design, or is it possible to
do so?
BTW, we did get the web to include the setup fees "once" then when we added
new setup fees they have not shown up yet. Is there some kind of "chicken
bone shakin" magic we have to do. We really don't know what (if anything)
we did the get them to show up the first time, but whatever it is we can't
get it to do it again.
