For that one, I don't think there is anything I can do about that. There is
not a way to import the invoice status into QuickBooks (that I know of).

The additional services for existing customers will only show up if they are
on the same billing cycle as the customer's current services. Keeps them
from adding annual products to a monthly account for example.
The only other thing I can think of is what version of FileMaker Pro exactly
are you using for the web interface? It should read something like 4.0v2 or
something like that.
