billing cycleFrom: James \"BUBBA\" Carter Date: Wednesday, June 14, 2000
Time: 9:56:11 amOk, I am wanting to change my billing cycle. I want to mail all bills out
on the 15th of the month. When the customer pays their bill, they are
actually paying for the next month. If the account is NOT paid by the
30th, then I want the account put on hold.
My questions: When a new person signs up on the 14th of June, Do I prorate
them to the next 1st of July?? If they signed up on the 20th of June would
their experation be the 15th of the next month? or would it be the 1st of
the next month?
Thanks,
James
