Re: billing cycleFrom: James \"BUBBA\" Carter Date: Wednesday, June 14, 2000
Time: 1:38:00 pmI setup a new customer. Prorated their bill for July 1st. Their
expiration date says June 14th. After I received their payment of $14.75
(which is the prorated amount) and close out this invoice, this should have
paid them up until July 1st.
I then went into Generate Invoices, and that new customer is list needing
to be invoiced because the expiration date is 6-14-2000.
Thanks,
James Carter
