I have an X in the prorated box. When they signed up the computer said the

would owe $13.75, which is correct to make them pay June 14 - June 30.
But, it still says I need to bill them $25.00 because their account has
expired on June 14, even though they just signed up today.
Keep in mind, this is a new install and configuration.
