Issues

starting to help me out with the billing, and hopefully take it over
eventually. She's been working on/with billing systems for about 7 years,
and has quite a good understanding of them. She's going to be training new
staff we plan to bring on in the future. I'm going to subscribe her to the
list, and she can start posting her requests for info/changes/etc. at that
time, but I wanted to ask a few of her questions now.
When entering new accounts, there is no drop down list of salespeople to
enter in. Is it supposed to work that way?
After entering a new account, and posting payment to it, it goes to the
pending cue. Once the account is approved from there, you are prompted
again if you'd like to post payment. Is there a way to toggle this, or
remove it if payment has already been posted?
Some areas have a button labeled 'completed' while others use 'done'. How
about using the same throughtout for consistency?
Sorry if these seem like nitpicking, but sometimes these little user
suggestions are what makes a program really great, and we all know yours is
on its way. (notice I didn't say it's there? ;) I agree with some of
Matt's suggestions/wishes that he made on the isp-invoicing debate).
