bear with me here.. It has been a while since we did this:

Ok, I am going to guess you were given 212.116.72.64/26 or 64IP addresses
from your ISP.

Your in-addr.arpa. zone file will look like this:

64.72.116.212.in-addr.arpa. NS your.nameserver.com.
64.72.116.212.in-addr.arpa. NS your.ispnameserver.com.
64.72.116.212.in-addr.arpa. NS your.ispnameserver2.com.
193.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR www.you.com.
194.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR mail.you.com.
198.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR ftp.you.com.
199.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR whatever.you.com.
201.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR blah.you.com.
202.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR blah2.you.com.
204.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR blah3.you.com.
""
""
""
""
""
""
""
127.64.23.190.206.in-addr.arpa. PTR blah127.you.com.

You will call the zone: 64.72.116.212.in-addr.arpa.

Then tell you ISP that you would like to have their server (the name
servers you have listed for them in the above in-addr.arpa zone file) to
act as secondary and pull DNS info from your name server.

Also, you will have corresponding A Records in your domain zone file, for
example:

www.you.com. A 212.116.23.64
mail.your.com. A 212.116.23.65
""
""
""
""
""
blah127.you.com. A 212.116.23.127

Hope this helps.. Someone correct me if I made a mistake.
