Search Again: "Balance" variable in receipt From: mc@panix.com Date: Monday, July 3, 2000 Time: 9:50:23 am I'm trying to generate a receipt like this: Your payment of <Amount> has been received and posted to your account. Your current balance is <Balance>. The trouble is that <Balance> is coming out $0.00 even when the payment is only partial (and a negative amount of "change" shows in the payment screen).
