You've only got NS and MX records, it seems you're missing A and CNAME Records as well. I'd suggest adding these: name:michaeltyler.com. TTL: Type:A Parameter1:XX.XX.XX.XX Parameter2: name:www.michaeltyler.com. TTL: Type:CNAME Parameter1:michaeltyler.com.
