One of the old installers of the Optigold ISP Runtime didn't set the
"Start In" (path) on the shortcut. You can do 1 of two thins. Open up
the properties and set the Start In to "c:\optigold" (or whatever it is
if you changed it), or you can reinstall the runtime.

Also, make sure the telscrpt.exe file is in the optigold directory.
