It works from here when I point a browser at either <http://www.ssjlaw.com/>
or <http://ssjlaw.com/>. I do get a generic-looking MS-IIS page [yecch!] for
ssjlaw.com, though, from which I infer that the web hosting provider only has
virtual hosting set up for www.ssjlaw.com.

The PTR would be for the IP address (163.231.237.118), not ssjlaw.com., but
it's not absolutely necessary for your purpose (virtual web hosting). DNS
Expert is just pointing it out to you in case you need it and have control of
the reverse zone. Depending on what else is happening on that machine (besides
web service), though, the service provider running it may want to get a PTR
record for it into the reverse zone.
