You shouldn't need a PTR for HTTP (web). A good candidate for the problem is
that one of the name servers listed for ssjlaw.com, smtp2.thewwwstore.com,
doesn't seem to have any info for the ssjlaw.com. domain. I take it that smtp2
is your secondary name server? If your workstations are using smtp2 as their
resolving name server, that would definitely be a problem. You'll need to
either set up smtp2 to secondary the zone, or copy the zone file from
smtp.thewwwstore.com. to smtp2's Primary Data folder.
