For the rest of you, what I did to bypass that GPF error when
upgrading was to do it manually and not opt for the "Fast Upgrade"
option. Might work for you if you have the same problem?

Also, as for the invoice font error, I'm not exactly what was wrong
but I went into the font folder and in the options menu, told it to
only use TrueType fonts and rebooted. Then I went back into it and
deselected it and it worked. Must be a Win95 thang.
