I'd like to be able to do searches in the contact manager based on creator.

Is there a reason this is not currently available?
I noticed that the max # of salespeople is 20 (twenty). We have been
working on a partner program that would require these people to be listed
in Optigold as salespeople, and we're going to have many more than 20. How
do you suggest we address this?
Shouldn't the contact manager Salesperson list be integrated with the
system's? (It seems to still be using the dyanamic list)
Instead of having many of the fields in Optigold dynamically add data (say
for example as you add items to a field, it becomes a choice for future
records), has there been any thought (perhaps long term) to having the
fields set with predefined choices only (similar to what you've done with
salespeople)? With many people adding to these dynamic lists, they can
grow rather large unnecessarily. Say for example in the contact manager,
we have 'business type'. One person would put doctor, while another would
put medical. It becomes difficult to do effective searches over time
because of all the entries. Perhaps it would be easier to set up a
preference to allow/not allow certain employees access to add to the lists?
Or is it possible to have a section where those fields are edited by
certain people only (similar to salespeople)?
