Well, the Start In *SHOULD* have been filled out automatically, but an
old version of the runtime installer didn't do it (it does now). I
didn't realize it wasn't doing it until someone couldn't get the telnet
script to work, and in the process of figuring out why I found out the
installer wasn't setting the path. :-)

Turn the debugger on and then you can see exactly what's going on in the
script by bringing it to the front.
