Okay then... the customer's expiration date is July 1st, 2000.
First invoice is for service until August 1st, 2nd invoice is for service
until September 1st.
Go to Maintenance & Preferences -> General Preferences -> Accounts
How far in advance are you invoicing customers? For example, if you are
invoicing 2 weeks before they expire (check column 1 of that screen) they
would be due for their September invoice already.
