Whatever it is, started suddenly last week, and is about to cost me a customer.

Here are three traceroutes to my email server that I ran this
morning, and all three look a bit unusual. One never completed, and
the other two have multiple hits on the same IP#s at steps 8, 9, & 10.

Does this look "typical" of any particular problem?
