Added ability to invoice secondary time usage with individual invoices
Invoice that is tagged for deletion no longer asks if you wish to tag it
for deletion again
Added ability to invoice secondary time usage as an addition to regularly

Receipt addresses follow invoice setup

Quake 2 Administrator now automatically registers server on master server
