OK, yes, this sounds like a routing problem.

I suggest you talk to your provider. They (or their provider) appear
to have misconfigured things. For more details on how all this works,
check the WebSTAR Talk archives - as I recall, Jeremy Anthony Kinsey
and Steve Crisp were discussing stuff like this last week.
