Look for the scripts named "Change Host" and "change subnet v2".

Specifically, Change Host will change all occurrences of one IP
address to another, and/or it will change all CNAME records that
refer to a specific name to point to another name.

Change subnet is useful if you're moving from one class C subnet to
another, but keeping the fourth octet of each IP address the same.
