We do it one-way.

We have a master machine, and then when we make a change we drag the
domain to a applescript droplet that opens TB2 and copies it to 2 & 3.

Deletes we do manually.

Once upon a time we actually had a web control panel that did it all,
but it's kinda fallen by the wayside in the list of projects...

If you want it more automatic, Syncronize pro would certainly do what
you need though (the apple sync tool sorta blows :)
