Shawn,

Just a suggestion, but I'm sure others would like to see this
too... The expired CC feature used to let customers know that their CC has
expired is a great tool, however if we could let them know a month in
advance before it expires would be great and I know would eliminate a lot
of the problems we have with it only notifying after the CC has
expired. The reason I suggest this is because if your like most ISP's we
bill our CC customers on the 1st of the month and they never have a chance
to get new CC info to us due to the feature not notifying them until after
it has expired and therefore their CC is declined on the 1st when we run
our billing.
