(Please feel free, you other ISP-Billing converts, to send me your tips and experiences regarding this new learning curve)... What I'm writing about... for now, is the receipt layout for printed receipts. Here is a snippet from a recent discussion with Support Services, Digital Point Solutions: > 20. I would guess most just email them only. --- So here I am, soliciting comments from other ISPs that use Optigold as to how they format their printed receipts. Also, with regard to the Invoice layout, how many of you ISPs use the default layout on plain paper or use custom pre-printed sheets? Thanks... -- Michael Reid
