That depends. What's the log level set to, in the server preferences?
If it's set to Debug, that's the culprit right there.
Do you have either of the WebSTAR plug-ins installed and active? If
so, is it causing error messages in the QuickDNS log? If so, that's
the culprit.

Open QuickDNS Pro Admin. From the Domain menu, select Server
Preferences. Click on the Logging tab. Set it to Normal or lower.

It is sometimes useful to set it higher, for short periods. For
example, at Debug level, you can see what happens when the server
queries the root servers for information on the root zone. This can
be useful for diagnosing connectivity problems, though sometimes
interpreting the results can be time consuming.
Unfortunately, not even BBEdit can open something that large (or so
it would seem from my brief tests). You could probably import it into
FileMaker Pro as a tab delimited text file.
