A year contract does not have a term set to 12 months. For accounting reasons I am not able to input it that way. To show liability and monthly growth paterns (necesarry for this company) I have to invoice them 12 times with a 1 month time period. To understand when the contract is up I set the "Item expires on" and "Item changes on" section of the billing cycle.
