"XX Days Past Due"From: Michael Barnard Date: Thursday, November 2, 2000
Time: 12:44:14 pmMy Customer Service Rep. came to me with this
question.
How do you get the "xx Days Past Due" to clear once a
payment has been made and the account is current & up
to date?
When there are accounts that say "xx Days Past Due"
and you go to the Main Menu/Send Past Due Notices it
comes up on the screen "No Accounts are Past Due".
Could you please help with this problem
