About a year ago I was considering buying Optigold, however, I saw numerous
complaints about; bills not being generated, bills going out late and bills
with incorrect billing figures. Some ISP's wrote to me personally with
serious examples of this problem.
I have spent almost three months working with Rodopi. And I still can't get
it to generate a bill. I had their techs look at it. They were able to get
it to generate bills one day. But never again. Plus they wouldn't tell me
what they did.
So I'm back to Optigold.
Have the "billing problems" been corrected.
