Being new to opti in the last 90 days. I have not seen an error yet and
switching from greensofts IBOB product (which is a pice of shit.. Hi
Greensoft I know your listening) It has caught errors that we never knew
were happening with IBOB. It also can report on things that IBOB never
thought about handling. It also properly flag payments as IBOB just
summarizes all your transactions..

So I have to say no errors here.. and after using this software I would
suggest it to anyone..

To be honest, I have not heard of such a thing... So I would guess whatever
it was doing before, it may be still doing. Any problems that anyone
reports is always looked into and corrected.

If you have any examples of incorrect bills going out, please forward them
to me and I'll have a look.
