Been browsing thru the 250+ emails sent in the last 4 days since I subscribed and thought it time enough to inflict my problems on you lot! :) Dork Question Numero Uno. Is there a Call Back (c/b) facility from the customer info page. We offer a trial period, hence I need to re-contact the customer. Currently we set them up as a new customer with a 30 day cut off.
