Wow a reply faster than a speeding bullet!!!!
Do you wear red underpants on the outside of your blue tights and a cape?

I want to make notes in the notes section of the Customer Info, then flag it for c/b
is that possible?
Also there is no search facility in the 'Customer Call Backs' section.

Click on the 'Customer Call Backs' button on the main menu. :-)
