Okay, well I just took one of the fields labeled contact type and added in client as one of the choices, so it shows if someone listed in the contact manager is also in the customer list, but it doesn't help me getting all the customers into the contact manager so that ALL names are in one main database (for doing mailings, etc.). See, because we're getting ready to move, I'm trying to prepare for notifying everyone of this, but I don't want to spend to much money mailing out dupes. Alexi
