Search Again: Tech Support Web Interface From: Customer Support Date: Friday, November 10, 2000 Time: 1:24:17 pm Hi Shawn, It would be helpful if we could edit our customer's info using the Technical Support web interface. Currently our customers can login through a browser and update their contact info, credit card, etc... It would be nice if our technical support staff could edit that same info from the tech support web interface. Instead of displaying the info as text, it could display it in text boxes which could be updated.
