I have QDNS setup for bachy-cimas.com There is one MX record - soletanche.bachy-cimas.com 10 mailhost.bachy-cimas.com mailhost.bachy-cimas.com 206.138.88.9 The above IP is the mail server IP running EIMS 2.2.2 Everything was hunky dory until about last week when my client complained that no one can send a message to any of the users in soletanche.bachy-cimas.com and that people get the following error when they try to send a message: Router failed to SMTP. Host soletanche.bachy-cimas.com not responding He also added that all the users accounts were fine until last week. So, I created a test user : test@soletanche.bachy-cimas.com I can send out messages fine from this account. However, when I try and send a message to this account from yahoo or hotmail I don't receive anything. There is also no mail delivery error. What the heck is going on? Any ideas?? I have other domains on the same server that are working fine. We did not make any changes to any of our servers (dns nor mail). I am going to kick something hard if I don't figure this out...
