I have several accounts that are set up as slaves. There are no billing
slave acct billing

cycle items associated with these accounts. They each list a master in
the customer information. When you check the billing cycle items
associated with the master, the billing item for the slave does appear
on the master account.
When I print out a report of the invoices that are about to be
generated, the slave accounts all appear on the list. Each one appears
with a zero dollar amount to invoiced. What is wrong? Where should I be
checking?
