Time: 10:10:51 amI have several accounts that are on hold. On each individual account, I
went in and put the current date for the Hold Date. When I go back and
verify the accounts, it shows that they are on hold indefinitely.
Again, when I check the report for pending invoices, they show up to be
invoiced. Why is that? Is this not the correct procedure for
"suspending" an account? These are all accounts that were imported, but
should be listed as suspended.
