Upgrade Problem - Web Interface Down

Hi Shawn,

I just upgraded to 2.6.2.

Our web interface stopped working. When a customer tries to login it returns
the error:

An unexpected error occurred: No default and no address for database
mainmenu.

URL: https://primaryserver.net/login.htm
<https://primaryserver.net/login.htm>
DOMAIN: test1234.com
PASSWORD: 1234

It was working before the upgrade.

Any suggestions?
