Run one of the product sals reports... You should group the different
products/services accordingly.

Probably not. If you change the name, it will do a relookup to the
products table and reset everything to the default. Whidh could be
potentially bad.

You can only enter a payment "right away" if you first created an invoice
(and you have access to create payments)

Actually, it already does... but it's only available if you are using
FileMaker Pro 4.0 (that's one of the cosmetic enhancments that FileMaker
Pro 4.0 offers).
