Ok, now the next question is.......where did the email go?

I went to a new customer's account info and clicked on credit. It seemed to
process the credit. Then I went and checked the customer info of the person
who was due to receive the credit. When I go to the invoice info, it does
reflect an invoice with the credit amount and shows the date that the
invoice was sent and that it is now closed.

I have Eudora set up to queue the mail. When I check the sent mail and the
mail that is in queue, there is not anything for this customer. When I check
the customer's email, the invoice is not there. I do have the preferences
set up to auto send referral invoices.

What happened to the mail?
