Are you sure you aren't sending out email via SMTP? (Click on the My
Prefs button on the main menu to see).
Because if you are, it will bypass Eudora and go directly to your mail
server.
Also, check the billing type of the referring account. For example, if
they are a credit card customer, and you have the Credit Card Customer
Invoice Type set to "None", it won't send it via email OR paper, because
they are set to not get invoices when they are sent.
