From: Dave Tanguay Date: Wednesday, July 1, 1998 Time: 4:15:01 pm Hi Shawn, Sometimes I get a new order in which the customer submits a credit card and they DO NOT want to be billed every month automatically. They just want to be charged the first payment. So when I first enter the new account, I enter the credit card number and select PAYMENT as NONE. If I were to select the payment as "credit card" it would automatically bill the customer every month. So I hit FINISH on the order and then go to BILL CC. It does not show up in there, because remember the payment is selected as none. Would it be possible to send a new account (which has a credit card, but does not want autobill) to the BILL CC screen only the first time it is enter? Hope I don't sound confusing. I confuse myself sometimes :) -Dave
