I have stopped processing CC's today until we find a solution to the ole "Steal
services and then charge it back" game. I wouldlike to hear how some of you have
handled this problem. We had a client who had been with us since Feburary. Today
I got FOUR, count em, four months of chargeback sheets from our processor in the
mail. I called this SOB and claims he accessed the web only once and never
really wanted the service in the first place but was placed on it by a computer
store that we used to let refer customers to us.
What are some of the methods, and processes that you are using to prevent this
type of theft.
