Walt, I sure can relate to your frustration. Chargebacks are a big
problem. However, after many dealings with the credit card companies,
wwe rank lower than the health clubs.

Number one we do not get signatures. Even if some of you do, it still
doesn't help we used to get signatures.

Number two, we provide service. No product, no proof. We have
submitted usage reports and still lost.

I have one a few cases thru the credit card companies, but usually only
when I have already given some of the customers a partial refund. Then
the credit card company is more likely to not give them the rest of the
money. (Most of the time I refund the service portion and not the setup
fee)

Lots of luck, I really don't think there is a good way to deal with
this, other than the minute you get the chargeback cut them off. By the
way, many companies will allow chargebacks for up to 6 months backwards.
I have seen a few.

Trish
