Correct. All formatting is lost when they are printed (due to the need
to insert variables).
[] OK I accept the limitations ... but does that include line breaks?
I set my master template letter up with line breaks at the top of the page to allow for headed paper.
The first print run worked fine. The next day however I was back to square zero with the letter date merging into our headed paper.
Currently I have to keep 2 databases running, OptiGold and a mail merge database in Winword for letters.
Surely there is a solution? ... Please
