I might not have gotten the exact point here... So:
Hmm... At that point I would be better off remaining the person to
handle these requests and getting from my alias files. What I am trying
to accomplish is to be able to make a report of just a single customers
list of email addresses. For instance, I pull up the record for a
customer, say jdoe for username, and I go to the routing info screen. I
can see the email address that are associated with the jdoe account. I
want to be able to run a report, or maybe just export to a file, the
list of aliases ONLY for that jdoe account. Is this possible? I have a
lot of customers that need a list of that sent to them, and i would like
to be able to allow other employees here send them that data from
Optigold rather than bother me to dig it out of the aliases files on our
system. (access to those files by other staff is a security risk I would
like to avoid :P) If I can ouput that list to a file that gets exported,
I can write all the scripts I might need to manipulate that data, but I
need a way to get it out of OptigoldISP for ONLY that customers records.
Is that possible?
